To Solve: Whitelist error when server.cfg has whitelist off.

In resources\vorp_core\Confi.json make sure the line for “Whitelist” is set to false. It’s set to “true” by default. “Whitelist”: false,

Also, check your TxAdmin settings, it controls the whitelist.
